Description: Oil heater for microwave/paddle drying unit
Description: Oil heater for microwave/paddle drying unit
Description: Partially assembled conveyor belt with 10' vertical section and ~4' horizontal rise at 45°, ~20' length
Description: Disassembled in crate. ~10' vertical with 3-4' rise at 45°, total length ~ 15'
Description: Disassembled in crate. 2 x 10' vertical and 1 x 5' vertical
Description: Electric motor to drive conveyor system, still in the box, 3 units
Description: Supports for conveyor system still on pallet
Description: Supports for conveyor system still on pallet
Description: Nematic vibrating platform for filling large bags/totes of dried flower post drying. Made from standard steel components, probably a relatively inexpensive build.
Description: Liquid feed hopper. Still on pallet.
Description: Carbon air deodorizer unit Lot# 163. Carbon filters are very expensive. I didn't see any in the room but it would be worth locating them if you can.
Description: Carbon filter box Lot 164.
Description: Carbon filter box Lot 162.
Description: Carbon filter box Lot 160.
Description: Carbon filter box Lot 161, minor damage. Scratch on front and exhaust panel bent
Description: Feed hopped with vibrating table. Probably should have a grinder unit or something to break up biomass between the hopper and Cablevey. I don't see an attachment in the drying room. The crane adds a lot to the cost. Relative construction is probably fairly inexpensive.
Description: Storage tank for food grade ethanol. Effective volume 2271 L, full volume 2855 L, price includes explosion proof pumps.
Description: Drying skid to remove and recover all flammable ethanol from the raffinate (spend biomass) post extraction. Ethanol and raffinate come out of the extractor into a holding tank (Surge chamber, Serial # TW18-196, full volume 900 L) via an auger (Serial #TW18-195, 207L, 150 C). The Raffinate ethanol mixture goes through a drying screw (serial #TW18-197, volume 685 L, 150 C) and dried raffinate is discharged out the end. Evaporated ethanol is condensed in the condensing column (Serial # TW18-199, 280L, 150 C) and piped to the ethanol purification skid. Explosion proof, vacuum rated, and GMP components add a lot to price.
Description: Dried biomass enters the extraction unit by the Cablevey system to the top of the extraction vessel (serial # TW18-194, full volume 5500 L, effective volume 1830 L). Optimal capacity is 250 - 500 KG. Ethanol is chilled by the heat exchanger before being added. The ethanol/extract blend is pumped out the bottom, probably put back through the heat exchanger to maintain temperature before filtration. Raffinate/ethanol is removed through an auger into the drying skid.
Description: Vacuum filtration unit for wax/fat removal. Each unit is worth ~$40,000. The pumps are not in the room. They may be in another part of the facility. Vacuum pumps are very expensive (>$10,000) if they can be located.
Description:Post winterization storage tank with mixer. Extraction product is stored in this tank before going into the cannabinoid/ethanol separator. It looks like it is jacketed but I could not confirm.
Description: This unit removes ethanol from the extract and condenses is for reuse. Evaporator tower (serial# TW18-202, 68 L, 150 C) separates the majority of the ethanol from the extraction mixture. The large motor on top runs a wiper basket that creates a thin film on the sidewalls for rapid evaporation. Lage separator (serial # TW18-201, 138L) separates last bits ethanol from the extract. Condenser tower (Serial TW18-205, 280L) cools the ethanol vapour to recover liquid ethanol. Small separator (TW18-204, 87L) ensures no remaining impurities come off the condenser column. Recovered ethanol is stored in 1475 L recover tank (serial# TW18-200).

Description: Molecular sieve skid for water removal from recovered ethanol. It contains one 697 L surge tank (serial #TW18-206). There are four 415L molecular sieve tanks (serial #TW18-207, TW18-208, TW18-209, TW18-210) for removing water.
